When “Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century” came out on January 23, 1999, I was 13 years old. This was the perfect age to experience Kirsten Storms, who was also 13 in the movie, but more importantly – was 15 in real life. Among many transcendent casting choices in the history of DCOMs, this may have been the most impressive, because when “Zenon: The Zequel” came out in 2001, Zenon Kar was 15 played by a 17-year old Storms, who much like Lindsay Lohan at that age was at her aesthetic peak. Two years did this:
When Disney Channel first took us to the adventures of the year 2049 with “,” I thought that movies had hit their peak. I thought that no one, not Disney Channel or anyone else, would ever be able to top the adventures of Zenon Kar and her stellunarious friends as they rocketed through space trying to save their home.
Lol is you were born in the 90’s you may have been lucky to see the supernova Zenon Kar save her space home and the planet time and time again. Even though Kirsten isn’t as active now as she used to be, she can still rock that blue.
